The first date of Solar Paper charger devices is expected to be start shipping during September 2015 and the second is shortly afterwards during October or November 2015.
Solar Paper charger is the world’s smallest 2,5W, 5W, 7.5W, 10W solar chargers. When the sky is sunny it can charge the iPhone 6 in about 2.5 hours only. It has the similar charging speed as a wall charger.

The company has stated that this will be charge an iPhone 6 in around only 2 hours and 30 minutes; the same duration is taken by a wall charger. This Solar paper measures 17 cm x 9 cm x 1.5 cm and weighs 60 gram, thats features makes this device very small and highly portable.
